2014 Outdoor Track and Field
• Earned his second straight All-American honor in the 5,000m with an 11th place finish at the 2014 NCAA Outdoor Championships.
• Ran the second-fastest outdoor time in the mile in NC State school history with a run of 3:59.34 at the Blue Shoes Elite.
• Earned the fourth All-ACC award of his career, taking second-place in the 10,000m (29:11.08) at the ACC Outdoor Championships.
• Ran a time of 13:46.74 in the 5,000m at the Payton Jordan Invitational, the fourth-quickest time in program history.
• His 1,500m time of 3:41.61 at the Blue Shoes Elite ended as the third-best all-time mark in NC State school history.
• In his first outdoor event of the year, finished in first place in the 1,500m at Raleigh Relays with a time of 3:44.21.
2013-2014 Indoor Track and Field
• Ran a personal-best 7:58.87 in the 3,000m in the Alex Wilson Invitational. The result ranks fifth all-time at NC State.
• Took first-place in the mile at the Hokie Invitational with a time of 4:12.25.
• Finished in fifth place in the 3,000m (8:21.02) and sixth place in the 5,000m (14:07.89) at the ACC Indoor Championships.
2013 Cross Country
• Finished seventh overall (29:39.5) at the NCAA Championships in Terre Haute, Ind. to earn All-America honors and garner NC State's highest finish ever at the NCAA Championships.
• Captured the individual title at the 2013 ACC Championships, finishing the 8k course with a time of 23:37.9, besting the field by nearly 30 seconds.
• Placed second at the NCAA Southeast Regional in Earlysville, Va. with an 8k time of 28:38.7 to propel the Wolfpack to an at-large berth in the NCAA Championship.
• Made his season debut with a fourth-place finish (23:43.6) in the Roy Griak Invitational on Sept. 28 at the Les Bolstad Golf Course.
• Placed third overall out of 244 runners at the Wisconsin Invitational with a time of 23:16.
• Named USTFCCCA Division I Men's Scholar Athlete of the Year, ACC Cross Country Male Scholar Athlete of the Year and ACC Performer of the Year
2013 Outdoor Track
• Made six appearances during the season
• Earned second-team All-America honors in the 5,000m with a 12th place finish at NCAA's
• Earned All-ACC honors in the 5,000m with a third place finish at the ACC Championships
• Ran a season-best 13:45.69 in the 5,000m and finished third at Stanford's Payton Jordan Invitational
• Set a new personal best with a 3:44.76 and won the 1,500m at the Wolfpack Last Chance Meet

• Made one appearance and finished sixth in the 5,000m with a 14:02.13 time at the Hoosier Open
2012 Cross Country
• Finished 16th overall (29:39.5) at the NCAA Championships in Louisville, Ky., on the 10K course to earn All-America honors
• Finished third overall (29:39.68) at the NCAA Southeast Regional in Charlotte, N.C., to earn All-Region recognition
• Made his season debut with a third place finish (23:43.6) in the 8K race at the ACC Championships in Blacksburg, Va., receiving All-ACC honors
• Earned USTFCCCA Academic All-America honors for the second consecutive season

• Made his season debut at the ACC Championships Oct. 29 at the Musser Fruit Research Center at Clemson, S.C., and ran the 8k course in 23:09.2 to finish second to teammate Ryan Hill
• Followed up his runner-up finish at the ACC with a fourth-place finish at the NCAA Southeast Regional, earning all-regional honors by running the 10k course in 29:59.5
• Earned All-America by finishing 15th at the NCAA Championships, burning up the 10k course in a time of 29:40.0

• Ran a collegiate-best time of 13:44.79 in the 5,000m during the outdoor season
