No. 2 NC State Starts Four-Match Road Stretch at Clemson, Georgia Tech

RALEIGH – No. 2 NC State women's tennis (15-1, 3-0 ACC) prepares for a four-match road stint and kicks off that stretch with matches at Clemson (Friday) and Georgia Tech (Sunday) this weekend.

LAST TIME OUT:
NC State gutted out a come-from-behind victory over No. 15 Wake Forest in its last match on March 8. The Pack beat the Demon Deacons 4-3 despite dropping the doubles point for just the second time this season. Two of the team's singles wins were in straight sets and two were three-set comebacks.
MILESTONES:
Head coach Simon Earnshaw became the winningest coach in program history during the Wolfpack's last win. He has amassed 139 victories since taking the helm ahead of the 2014-15 campaign.
NC State is now looking to tie the program mark for best start to ACC play. The Pack also posted a 3-0 mark to start league action in 2020, and its best ACC start ever was a 4-0 record set in 1998.

NC State is set for road matches at Boston College (March 25) and Syracause (March 27) before returning home in April.
