
Wolfpack Set For Palmetto Intercollegiate

RALEIGH – The NC State women's golf team is set for its first of two consecutive tournaments in South Carolina, as it travels to Kiawah Island Sunday and Monday for the Palmetto Intercollegiate, hosted by College of Charleston at Kiawah Island Resort's Turtle Course.
The Wolfpack is one of seven ACC teams competing in the 11-team tournament. Ten of the schools are from the states of North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia.

Par: 72
Yardage: 6,021
Format: 54 holes (36 holes Sunday, 18 holes Monday)
Tee times: Teams will tee off Sunday between 8 and 10 AM off holes one and 10, with continuous play into the second round. On Monday, teams will tee off between 8 and 9:30 AM off holes one and 10.

LAST TIME OUT
The squad traveled to Sarasota, Fla., Feb. 7-9 for the ARLTWF Heroes Ladies Collegiate, hosted by Purdue at The Founders Club, and finished 13th of 15 teams with a combined 48-over par 912. Its second-round score of 291 (+3) was a season low for the Pack.
For the second-straight week, Monika Vicario was the low scorer among the squad, finishing in a tie for 31st with scores of 75, 72 (E) and 76, respectively, for a tournament total of 223 (+7). Additionally, Isabel Amezcua, Natalie Armbruester and Lea Klimentova all fired season-low 18-holes scores throughout the tournament.
