
NC State Completes Second Day At Landfall Tradition

WILMINGTON, N.C. – The NC State women's golf team shot a combined score of 303 (+15) in the second round of the Landfall Tradition on Saturday at the Country Club of Landfall, falling one place on the team leaderboard to 15th out of 18 teams.
The Wolfpack is at 26-over par with a score of 602 through 36 holes. Duke, Alabama and Michigan State all remain in the top three of the team standings, as the Blue Devils pace the field with a 14-under par 562.
Cecily Overbey carded the low score for her team on Saturday shooting a two-over par 74, as she is in a tie for 47th with a six-over 150. Naomi Ko is one stroke back from Overbey in the individual standings in T55th with a 151 after posting a 76 (+4) in round two.
India Clyburn and Laura Kowohl are T65th and T69th individually as they shot 78 and 79, respectively, for 36-hole totals of 152 and 153.
Crystal Huang turned in a three-over par 75 in the second round, sitting in a tie for 73rd with a two-day score of 154.
The Pack will wrap up play at the Landfall Tradition Sunday in a 9:15 a.m. shotgun start, as the team will be paired with competitors from Florida and Clemson on holes 12-14.
