Women’s Golf Wraps Up Fall Season At Landfall Tradition

RALEIGH – The NC State women's golf team will play in its final tournament of the fall portion of its season this weekend when it travels to Wilmington, N.C., for the 16th annual Landfall Tradition.
Including the Wolfpack, 13 of the 18 teams in the tournament field are ranked among the top 50 the latest GolfWeek rankings. This will mark the 11th time the Pack has participated in this prestigious tournament.
TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
Course – Country Club of Landfall (Pete Dye Course) – hosted by UNCW
Par - 72
Yards – 6,166
Format – 54 holes (18 Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Live Scoring – Live scoring will be available on GolfStat.com
Tee Times – There will be split tee times off holes one and 10 between 8:30 and 10:36 a.m. Friday and Saturday, while Sunday will be an 8:45 a.m. shotgun start.
LAST TIME OUT
NC State played in the Ruth's Chris Tar Heel Invitational on Oct. 13-15 at Finley Golf Course in Chapel Hill, N.C. The Wolfpack finished seventh of 18 teams with a season best score of 863 (-1), while junior Laura Kowohl garnered her third top 20 finish of the season with a five-under par 211.
LAST YEAR AT LANDFALL
Last year at the Landfall Tradition the Pack finished in a tie for seventh out of 18 teams, as India Clyburn and Naomi Ko finished among the top 20 in the 96 player field.
