No. 8 Pack to Host First and Second Rounds of NCAA Tournament

RALEIGH, N.C. - For the 10th consecutive season, NC State women's tennis will host the first and second rounds of the NCAA Tournament, this year as the No. 8 seed, as announced by the NCAA Monday afternoon. The Wolfpack's selection marks the program's 16th NCAA appearance.
NC State will welcome Morgan State, UCF and Navy to J.W. Isenhour Tennis Center for opening weekend action beginning Friday, May 1.
UCF and Navy will open the tournament with a 2 p.m. match, followed by NC State facing Morgan State at 5 p.m. The winners will meet Saturday, May 2 at 2 p.m. with a berth in the Sweet 16 on the line.
Live stats will be available via StatBroadcast, with streaming provided by Track Tennis. Admission is free, and fans are encouraged to park in the West Parking Deck.
The first and second rounds will be held May 1-3 at the top 16 seeds' campus sites, with Super Regionals set for May 8-9 at the remaining top eight sites. The NCAA Championships, including the Elite Eight through the national title match, will take place May 14-17 in Athens, Ga. Should NC State advance to the Sweet 16, it will host the round in Raleigh.
