Wolfpack Sweeps Syracuse in Sunday Doubleheader

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – NC State secured a dominant doubleheader sweep over Syracuse on Sunday at Skytop Softball Stadium, taking the first game by a score of 5–1 before run-ruling the Orange 10–0 in five innings in game two.
The Pack posted 24 hits on 15 runs between the two games and held the Orange to just six hits and one run.

The Pack returns to Raleigh to host in-state foe, UNC. The two teams will begin their series on Thursday, April 2 at 7pm. The game will be streamed on ACCNX.

- In the sixth, NC State added an insurance run after taking advantage of Syracuse errors, with Carly Short driving in a run on an RBI single.
