Kayla is six months post-op from an ACL tear. She has spent every day of her recovery using every opportunity and avenue to get better. She constantly and actively chooses to have a positive mindset and control what she can in this process. She uplifts teammates and holds them to the standards the team has chosen to abide by. She is always looking for opportunities to interact with other athletes through Athletes in Action and Pack United. Kayla represents everything we look for in a Heart of the Pack athlete!
Caden has done an exceptional job leading SAAC as president. He gets others involved in events and activities and is always open to assisting when needed. Caden holds others accountable while demonstrating a positive attitude in all situations. His growth as a leader over the last year has been evident and appreciated.
About the Heart of the Pack AwardKatherine is an amazing example of a student-athlete. She has taken on leadership roles within SAAC, Pack United, and for the swimming & diving program. Katherine always offers to help out her fellow teammates and does it with a smile on her face.
