
No. 21 NC State Heads To No. 11 Harvard For First Road Match

RALEIGH, N.C.- No. 21 NC State Men's tennis will travel to Cambridge Mass. for its first road match of the season. The Wolfpack will face No. 11 Harvard, Sunday, Jan.21 at 12:00pm. This will be the first ranked opponent the Pack has encountered this season.
ÂThe Wolfpack took down Ivy League Princeton, Friday night in a 7-0 sweep against the Tigers. The Pack will head into Sunday's match with a 2-0 record.
ÂThis will be the Wolfpack's third meeting with the Crimson. The two programs first meeting was back in 2015 at the ITF Kickoff tournament, located in Berkley Calf. Not competing again until 2022. Harvard currently leads 2-0 in the series record.

The Crimson have picked up a collection of ITA rankings leading into the season. The team currently sits at No.11 in ITA team rankings. The Crimson's squad also features No. 15 Singles ranked Cooper Williams, and No. 111 Marc Ktiri. Doubles duo Cooper Willams and Daniel Milavsky also lead the Crimson at No. 5 in doubles rankings.Â
ÂHarvard traveled to Memphis Tennessee to open their season Wednesday, Jan. 17 falling short to Memphis, 2-4.Â

The Pack will travel to Durham NC, to compete in the ITA Kickoff weekend. Facing the Duke Blue Devils Saturday, Jan. 27 at Ambler Tennis Stadium.
