RALEIGH --Â The No. 25 NC State gymnastics team continues its road stretch Sat., March 2 at 7 p.m. at No. 29 New Hampshire with Rutgers and Brown.

Pack Ranks in National Qualifying Score
The first round of National Qualifying Score (NQS) rankings were released this week, and NC State checked in at No. 25. With a 195.435 score, the squad is the highest ranked team in the East Atlantic Gymnastics League.
NC State sits in the top 25 in three events: bars - No. 24, beam - No. 25, floor - No. 25.
The NQS takes teams' highest six scores (three of which must be from away meets), eliminates the top score, and averages the remaining five.
Pack in the EAGL
The only undefeated team in EAGL competition (5-0), the Pack will get its first look at the EAGL Championships venue Saturday, as the conference tournament will be hosted by New Hampshire.

Individually, six NC State gymnasts hold eight spots with top-five NQS scores in the conference: Drew Grantham (vault - 9.835, second; floor - 9.850, tied second; all-around - 38.955, fourth), Alexa Phillips (vault - 9.815, third), Lauren Kent (bars - 9.820, second), Maggie Tamburro (bars - 9.800, tied fourth), Paris Phillips (floor - 9.840, fourth), and Caitlyn Fillard (all-around - 39.005, third).

The Wildcats sit at No. 29 in the NQS rankings with a 195.135 score, second-best in the EAGL. New Hampshire ranks No. 31 on vault, No. 33 on bars, No. 24 on beam, and No. 30 on floor.

The Scarlet Knights' 194.170 NQS score checks in at No. 46 nationally. Rutgers ranks No. 40 on vault, No. 43 on bars, No. 55 on beam, and No. 41 on floor.

The Bears are ranked No. 61, posting a 191.845 NQS. Brown ranks No. 58 on vault, No. 54 on bars, No. 64 on beam, and No. 66 on floor.

The team took second-place honors at a tri-meet at Kent State with George Washington. The Wolfpack posted its highest score of the season on vault (49.175), led by Drew Grantham's 9.900. NC State totaled a 195.400 on the day, and collected five podium finishes.
