#21 Gymnastics' Season Comes to a Close in Lexington Regional

LEXINGTON, Ky. – No. 21 NC State gymnastics saw its 2026 season come to a close Friday afternoon in the NCAA Lexington Regional semifinal round.
Making its 35th all-time appearance in the NCAA Championships, the Wolfpack posted a 195.700 and finished fourth in the quad meet. Ninth-seeded Arkansas won the session with a 197.175, followed by eighth-seeded Missouri at 196.875 and Maryland at 195.775. As the top two finishers in the semifinal, the Razorbacks and the Tigers advanced to the Lexington Regional Final.
NC State closes the season with a 17-11 overall record, including a 4-2 mark in ACC dual meets and a 6-1 record at home. The Wolfpack posted a season-best team score of 197.150 during the 2026 campaign and set a new program record on bars with a 49.500. NC State's season-best scores on vault, beam and floor also all ranked among the top five event scores in program history.
Vault (48.950)
The Wolfpack opened the meet on vault, where Lauren Wright led off with a 9.800. Ava Myers matched that score in the fifth spot, while Syniya Thomas anchored the lineup with a team-best 9.875.
Bars (48.925)
NC State moved to bars in the second rotation and scored a 48.925, led by Elle Hadrick's 9.850. Emerson Fisk and Madeline Reid each added 9.800s for the second-best scores of the rotation.
Beam (48.700)
The Pack posted a 48.700 on beam in the third rotation, with Thomas once again leading the way by scoring a 9.850 in the anchor spot.
Floor (49.125)
NC State closed its season on floor with its strongest rotation of the afternoon, posting a 49.125. All six Wolfpack gymnasts in the lineup scored at least a 9.800. Fisk, Myers and Meg Adler each opened with 9.800s before Autumn Rardin added a 9.850. Hadrick followed with a 9.825, and Thomas matched Rardin with a team-best 9.850 in the anchor spot.
