CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - NC State is ninth after 18 holes at the Franklin Street Partners Invitational. The team compiled a total of 317 (+29). Duke is the team leader at 279 (-9). NC State is led by Ashlee Dean, who is tied for 24th at 77, five-over on the day. Duke's Elizabeth Janangelo is atop the leaderboard with a six-under par, 66.
Lorraine Ballerano and Courtney Pomeranz are tied for 33rd at seven-over with a 79. Briana Vega round out the Wolfpack scorers with an 82 and a share of 39th. Sarah Bonner is 44th. The team shot four birdies on the day.
