Jefimova Continues Summer Run at 2026 European Swimming Championships

PARIS, FRANCE - NC State sophomore Eneli Jefimova is set to represent her home nation of Estonia at the 2026 European Swimming Championships, taking place in Paris, France, from August 10-16.
Jefimova will compete in the 50m, 100m and 200m breaststroke events throughout the week as she looks to add another international accolade to an already impressive summer.
For live coverage of the European Swimming Championships, broadcasts will be available through Eurovision via SwimSwam, while live results will be posted throughout the competition on the official European Championships website. Prelims are scheduled to begin at 4 a.m. ET, with finals sessions beginning at 1 p.m. ET each day.
Jefimova capped her freshman season by claiming the national title in the 100-meter breaststroke (SCM). Since then, she has continued to make her mark during the offseason, earning three gold medals in the 50-meter breaststroke at the Fort Lauderdale Open, AP Race London International and TYR Pro Swim Series in Indianapolis.
In addition to her three gold-medal performances, Jefimova has collected two silver and two bronze medals this summer across various competitions.
