INDIANAPOLIS, IN - The NC State Swimming & Diving team returns to where it all began as they head to the IU Natatorium this Friday, November 6, for the inaugural College Swimming League (CSL) Championship.
Action begins at 4:30 PM ET, with live coverage streamed on ESPN+ and real-time results available on the Meet Mobile app.
NC State punched its ticket as one of three automatic qualifiers for the CSL Championship final, joining top contenders Virginia, Tennessee, and wild-card winner Indiana. Entering as the No. 2 overall seed in the CSL rankings with a 5-1 record, its sole loss coming against Virginia in Match #2, The Wolfpack is poised for a strong title run.
Currently ranked No. 7 (Men) and No. 9 (Women) in the CSCAA National Rankings, NC State boasts 25 individual athletes and three relay teams ranked in the national top 10. Highlights include the men's 200 freestyle relay leading the nation with an NCAA-best time of 1:15.00, alongside Kaii Winkler, who holds the No. 1 national spot in the 100 IM (46.72).
Teams are competing for a $100,000 grand prize awarded to the champion, which comes on top of the $25,000 bonus each team earned simply for reaching the final.
