NC State Shines on Day One of Duke Invitational with 12 Personal-Best Performances

DURHAM, N.C. - The red and white of NC State shone bright in Durham as the track & field team kicked off its first day at the Duke Invitational.

Judd Armstrong came away with a strong third-place finish, clearing a height of 2.06m, which equals his personal best mark.

James Coleman qualified for the 110m hurdles final with an overall fourth-place finish, crossing the finish line in 14.06. Finals will take place tomorrow at 12:45 pm.

Brooke Rauber ran a personal-best and top-10 program history time, crossing the finish line in 4:13.56, earning a third-place finish.

12 athletes achieved personal-best marks on the day.
