#22 Gymnastics to Host Quad Friday Night, Travel to Towson Quad Sunday Afternoon

RALEIGH, N.C. – No. 22 NC State is set for another multi-meet weekend, beginning with a quad meet against Yale, New Hampshire and George Washington on Friday, Feb. 27 at 7 p.m. inside Reynolds Coliseum. The meet will air on ACC Network Extra and will serve as the program's Mental Health Awareness night.
The Wolfpack will then travel to Towson for a second quad meet on Sunday, March 1, facing Towson, West Virginia and Ursinus at 2 p.m. The contest will stream on YouTube.
Last Time Out
The Pack posted a season-best 49.275 on vault for the third-highest score on the event in program history, in a 197.725-196.575 loss to No. 10 Stanford at its annual Pink Meet inside Reynolds Coliseum on Saturday, Feb. 21. Five of the six Wolfpack gymnasts in the vault lineup set or matched career highs. Elle Hadrick also claimed NC State's lone event title of the night, winning bars with a career-best 9.950.

NC State was in a quad meet: The Wolfpack placed second at the 2026 Metroplex Challenge, scoring a 196.100 on Feb. 15 of this season. NC State finished behind No. 13 UNC (196.375) while topping No. 17 Auburn (196.075) and Boise State (194.825). The Pack recorded two 9.900+ scores, highlighted by Hadrick's career-high and event-winning 9.925 on bars and Syniya Thomas' personal-best 9.900 on beam.
NC State hosted a quad meet: The Wolfpack closed its 2024 home slate with a quad-meet victory on March 10, posting a 197.375 against Penn, Penn State and Texas Woman's. The 197.375 marked NC State's third 197+ score of the season and secured an undefeated year inside Reynolds Coliseum, as the Pack finished 9-0 at home and 3-0 in ACC play.

NC State checks in at No. 22 in the Week Eight Road to Nationals poll. The Wolfpack ranks No. 22 on vault, No. 21 on bars, a season-best No. 23 on beam and No. 18 on floor. This season, the Pack has climbed as high as No. 18 in the team rankings, No. 11 on vault, No. 16 on bars, No. 23 on beam and No. 9 on floor.
Elle's Bringing It
Hadrick is putting together a strong 2026 campaign, totaling eight podium finishes, including five event titles. She has recorded four 9.900+ scores this season, two on floor and two on bars. Her most recent event win came in the Pack's last meet against No. 10 Stanford, as she won bars with a new personal-best score of 9.950.
The junior has competed on floor, bars and vault, setting career highs on all three events. She owns a personal-best 9.900 on floor, a 9.950 on bars and a 9.800 on vault.
Hadrick now holds seven career scores of 9.900 or better as she continues to build on her success.
Vault Squad is Hot
NC State's vault lineup is coming off its strongest performance of the season in the Pack's home meet against No. 10 Stanford.
