RALEIGH, N.C. — NC State will compete in its final regular-season meets April 24–26 at the Penn Relays at Franklin Field in Philadelphia, Pa., and the LSU Alumni Gold Meet at Bernie Moore Track Stadium in Baton Rouge, La.

Katie Horne continued her standout season in the javelin, improving her personal best to 48.55m (159 feet, 3 inches) to finish sixth. The mark further solidifies her place as the program's all-time leader in the event.
Virginia Challenge
Freshman Tyson Adams placed second in the long jump with a wind-aided mark of 8.05m (26-5). Fellow freshman Mariama Hunt earned her first podium finish in the women's long jump, placing third with a wind-aided jump of 6.43m (21-1.25).
In the triple jump, Jayda Hunter turned in a personal-best 13.16m to finish second and move to No. 2 on the school's all-time top-10 list. Hunt also posted a 12.84m (42-1.5) jump to place fifth, claiming the No. 5 spot on the all-time list.
Wake Forest Invitational
Angelina Napoleon clocked a personal-best 9:29.20 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase invite, placing third. The time ranks No. 3 in NCAA Division I this season and keeps her atop the program's all-time list.
Sam Bush ran a season-best 4:10.94 in the 1,500 meters to place ninth and currently ranks 11th nationally.
Bethany Michalak finished fourth in the 5,000 meters with a time of 15:43.83, becoming the fastest NC State freshman in program history in the event.
