NC State Picks up Road Win Over Texas Woman’s University

DENTON, Texas – NC State remained undefeated over the weekend, edging Texas Woman's University 196.675-196.600 on the road after securing a home victory over Ohio State on Friday night.

The Wolfpack claimed all four individual titles, including a shared title on floor with Pioneer Sophie Hernandez, in its seventh consecutive win over Texas Woman's. The night featured standout performances, including Meg Adler's season-best 9.850 on both vault and beam. Caroline Volk secured her second straight event title after matching her career-high 9.925 on bars, while Madeline Reid earned her first podium finish of the season, placing third on bars with a 9.875. Additionally, Ashley Knights matched her season-best 9.925 on vault to claim first place.

VAULT (49.200)

Leadoff Meg Adler set the tone for NC State, matching her season-best 9.850. Krista Zultevicz also posted a 9.850 and Chloe Negrete earned a 9.800 before Ashley Knight matched her career high 9.925 to secure the event title. Adler and Zultevicz tied for second.

BARS (49.275)

On bars, Madeline Reid competed in the lineup for the third time this season, posting a season-best 9.875 in the No. 2 spot to finish third. Caroline Volk delivered another strong performance, matching her career-high 9.925 for the second consecutive meet and claiming back-to-back event titles. Elle Hadrick and Katie Harper each contributed 9.850 to round out the rotation.

BEAM (48.900)

Meg Adler once again matched her season-best 9.850 to open the beam rotation, finishing second in the event. Brooke Smead and Peyton Childs each scored 9.800, while Chloe Negrete anchored with a 9.900 to win the event.

FLOOR (49.300)

NC State's highest event score of the evening came on floor, where Krista Zultevicz matched her season-best 9.850. Elle Hadrick, Ashley Knight, and Chloe Negrete each posted 9.875, sharing the event title.
