RALEIGH – Sixth-ranked NC State men's soccer heads to Notre Dame for a Friday night conference match-up in South Bend, Ind. at 7:30 p.m. Both the Wolfpack and the Fighting Irish are battling for league points as the two have the same conference record at 2-1-2.
The match will not be streamed or televised, fans wanting to follow along will have access to live stats on StatBroadcast here.

Series History (trails 2-5-1)
• Friday's meeting marks just the ninth contest between the NC State Wolfpack and the Notre Dame Fighting Irish.
• The Wolfpack last met with the Fighting Irish in 2023 in , which resulted in a 1-3 loss. NC State has not beaten Notre Dame since 2019, and never claimed a win in South Bend.

• The Wolfpack started the season ranked at No. 14 in the preseason United Soccer Coaches poll, where it finished last season. After just week one of the regular season, the squad landed at eighth in the country, the last time the program was ranked that high was in September of 2018.

• NC State was the last school in the entire NCAA to concede a goal.
