Wolfpack Opens ACC Tournament at Sixth-Seeded Syracuse

RALEIGH, N.C. – NC State men's soccer opens the 2023 ACC Men's Soccer Championship at sixth-seeded Syracuse on Wednesday night. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m. and will be televised on ACC Network.
With a win, the 11th-seeded Wolfpack would advance to a quarterfinal matchup at third-seeded Virginia on Sunday. Sunday's quarterfinal match in Charlottesville, Virginia, is slated for 2 p.m. on ACC Network.
LAST TIME OUT
NC State earned a 1-1 draw against No. 10 Clemson in its regular season finale on Friday. Freshman Hakim Karamoko scored the opening goal in the 81st minute, giving the Wolfpack a 1-0 lead with just over nine minutes remaining in the match. Clemson's Mohamed Seye equalized for Clemson in the 86th minute. Freshman goalkeeper Samuel Terranova made seven saves in the match and fell just one save short of tying his career-high.
