"I think we have used every meet as a stepping stone for championship season. Now that we are finally here, it's really exciting. The ladies are really focused on the details, and they understand that it is going to come down to the little things.
"I want us to go out there and attack each event and bring what we do in practice to the competition floor. We practice a lot of details, fine-tuning the execution of each element. If we just carry over what we do in practice, then that is exactly what I am looking for. It doesn't matter what we have done so far this season. We need to show up on Saturday and perform at our level."
2018 EAGL Championship Rewind
The Pack brought the 2018 EAGL title back to Raleigh for the first time since 2013, posting a 196.625.
