NC State Faced Three Ranked Opponents on Sunday
MORGANTOWN, W. Va. – The No. 27 NC State gymnastics team concluded regular season competition on Sunday in a quad-meet at No. 28 West Virginia with No. 22 Ohio State and No. 24 Penn State. The Pack posted a 195.300 for a third-place finish.
Caitlyn Fillard had an impressive day in all-around competition (39.175). Her performance marks the third consecutive meet she has out-performed the 39.000+ threshold and earned her an all-around second-place finish.
Alexa Phillips's 9.875 performance on floor tied for the second-best score of the day among all competition.
Anchoring the Pack on floor, Melissa Brooker recorded a career-best 9.800.

Alexa Phillips had another stellar performance on floor, recording a 9.875 to post the highest score for the team. Brooker and Fillard recorded scores of 9.800 for the Pack, and Brooker's performance was a career-best. Alexis Beucler (9.750) and Webb (9.725) rounded out scoring for NC State.
