Â
Last Time Out:
After dealing with numerous injuries to its starting rotation throughout the season, the NC State gymnastics team is putting its best scores together at the end of the year. A combination of improving health and finding the right rotations in the young lineup has helped the team post some of its best scores as the postseason approaches.Â
Â
NC State set a season-high on bars (49.250) and beam (48.925) last weekend on the way to a season-high team overall score of 196.150 in a win against Towson.
Â
The Pack added a season-best road score of 194.825 two days later in a quad meet against George Washington with Yale and Stanford.
Â
Underclassmen Rotations:
Last weekend, NC State relied on four freshmen and two sophomores for 14 of its 24 rotations. The underclassmen have been vital to the Pack this season, as eight underclassmen have made the lineup and five have been relied on as all-arounders during the season.
