
Dean Shoots Two Under At Mason Rudolph

FRANKLIN, Tenn. - Ashlee Dean shot two-under-par in the second round of the Mason Rudolph Women's Championship Saturday to lead the NC State women's golf team at the par 72, 6,254-yard Vanderbilt Legends Club. The Wolfpack is 27-over and in 13th place of 18 teams going into the final round.
Dean improved seven strokes from the first round and is three-over and tied for 15th place going into the final 18 holes. Molly Birmingham carded a three-over score in the second round, putting her two-over and tied for 13th. Colby Cobb is eight-over, Lorraine Ballerano is 14-over and Nancy Mountcastle is 21-over.
UCLA matched its first round score of one-over and remains in the lead, while Alison Walshe from Tulane now owns first place to herself at four-under. The final round begins Sunday morning. Complete results from the Mason Rudolph Women's Championship are available at www.commodores.com.
