Women’s Tennis Earns No. 3 Seed In ACC Tournament

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Atlantic Coast Conference announced the 2026 Women's Tennis ACC Championship bracket Sunday evening, with NC State earning the No. 3 seed for the second consecutive season.
The top four seeds receive a double bye into the quarterfinals, with the Wolfpack set to begin its postseason run on Friday, April 17 at 6 p.m. at Cary Tennis Park. NC State will face the winner of No. 6 California and the No. 11 Georgia Tech/No. 14 Florida State matchup.
NC State finished in a tie for third place in the league standings with Duke, posting a 10-2 record in ACC play. The Wolfpack closed the regular season at 19-7 overall and is currently ranked No. 14 in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) poll. Duke, ranked No. 22, earned the No. 4 seed, with the ITA ranking serving as the tiebreaker between the two programs.
