Logan Erb Signs Homegrown Player First Team Contract with Houston Dynamo

HOUSTON, Texas – NC State men's soccer senior goalkeeper Logan Erb signs a first team Homegrown Player contract with Houston Dynamo FC Thursday morning. Erb signs through 2026 with Club options through the 2028-29 season.
The Texas native, spent his junior and senior campaigns with NC State after transferring in from San Diego State to help aid the Pack in their best two seasons in 30 years. In his two years in Raleigh, he made 36 appearances with 15 shutouts and 94 saves total.
Erb stared and played in the national championship match this season as well as the NCAA Sweet 16 game last season (2024).
Proving himself to be among the best in the nation, Erb accumulated notable awards and honors this season as the ACC Goalkeeper of the Year, USC All-South Region First Team, USC Second Team All-America, and was on the midseason watch list for the MAC Hermann Trophy.
At the conclusion of the 2025 season, he shares second in the country for total amount of shutouts with 12 and is sixth in goals against average at 0.584.
He joined the Dynamo Academy at 13 and earned a callup to the U-17 squad at 15 years old which then led to participation in the first team's preseason preparations at 16. In 2022, he made his professional debut for Houston Dynamo 2, the club's MLS NEXT Pro affiliate.
