Wolfpack Women Claim 30th ACC Championship Title

LOUISVILLE, KY - The NC State women's cross country team secured its 30th ACC Championship title on Friday at the 2025 ACC Cross Country Championships, dominating the field with 28 points and finishing 61 points ahead of runner-up Notre Dame.
Angelina Napoleon claimed the ACC individual title, setting a course record with a time of 19:13.9. Grace Hartman followed closely behind in fourth place, clocking 19:16.9, also under the previous course record. Hannah Gapes (19:24.4), Bethany Michalak (19:35.4) and Sadie Engelhardt (19:45.4) rounded out the Pack's scoring five, all placing in the top 10. With Brooke Rauber (19:50.3) and Fleur Templier (20:10.4) also contributing strong performances, the Wolfpack placed seven runners among the top 25 finishers. Engelhardt was the top-finishing freshman, earning ACC Freshman of the Year honors.
On the men's side, NC State placed 10th overall, led by Noah Valyo, who finished 31st in 23:33.9. He was followed by Jimmy Mullarkey (24:01.4) and Luke Wiley (24:17.9) to round out the Pack's top three.
