Six Men’s Soccer Players on the TopDrawerSoccer Midseason List

LONG BEACH, Calif. – Led by Donavan Phillip listed as the top player in the nation, five student-athletes from NC State men's soccer were named to the Top-100 Players to Watch list by TopDrawerSoccer, while one was placed on the freshmen list.
Sitting at No. 6 in the country according to the United Soccer Coaches rankings, the NC State men's soccer team boasts six of 11 starters on the TopDrawerSoccer Players to Watch lists. The program continues to build its resume as having a defense just as strong as its offense. Representatives of the Pack have a player on the list at all four positions across the field. Just in the top-25 alone, you can find a forward (Phillip), a defender (Markovic), and a goalkeeper (Erb) for NC State.
