No. 8 Wolfpack Opens Conference Slate at No. 19 Pitt

RALEIGH - Eighth-ranked NC State wrestling (10-2) starts the conference schedule on Friday night as they travel to No. 19 Pittsburgh (7-5). The dual is set to start at 7 p.m. from the Fitzgerald Field House and be televised on ACCN.
Dating back to 2014, the Wolfpack lead the series 8-2 over the Panthers. Currently the red-and-white hold a four year win streak berthed in 2020. Throughout the entire series, NC State has outscored Pitt 221-123.
The 149 class is expected to see #3 Jackson Arrington take on Pitt's #29 Finn Solomon, a former member of NC State's wrestling team. The two were in the same recruiting class coming into Raleigh.Â
