Wayand, Borisiouk wrap up weekend at Tom Chewning Invitational

NC State duo wins their group in doubles play
RALEIGH, NC – NC State's Joe Wayand and Martin Borisiouk wrapped up play at the Tom Chewning Invitational in Chapel Hill on Sunday.
Wayand ended the tournament with a win over Emil Westing of Furman, 6-2, 6-4. Borisiouk fell to No. Matisse Bobichon of VCU, 2-6, 6-3, 6-4.
In singles competition over the three day event, Wayand went 1-1. Borisiouk also went 1-1.
Playing as a doubles group for the first time, Wayand and Borisiouk won their group, going 2-1 on Friday and Saturday to win their group.
