Pack Set For Final Non-Conference Games

RALEIGH – NC State volleyball will wrap up its non-conference schedule on Thursday and Friday as the Wolfpack welcomes Georgia and Arkansas to Reynolds Coliseum for the ACC/SEC Challenge.
NC State will open up the ACC/SEC Challenge at 7 p.m. on Friday as it will face the Bulldogs before battling the Razorbacks on Saturday at 7 p.m. Both games will be broadcast live on ACC Network Extra.

- NC State volleyball wrapped up action at the Rutgers 9/11 Memorial Tournament undefeated as the Pack took down NJIT, 3-0 (25-22, 25-17, 25-16) on Saturday afternoon inside of the Rutgers Athletic Center
- Graduate student Melissa Evans and senior Jade Parchment tallied a match-high 13 kills, hitting .458 and .258, respectively. Freshman Jada Allen once again put up great numbers as she tallied eight kills in 11 swings for a season-high .636 hitting clip.
- Freshman Maggie Jones posted a game- and season-best 41 assists with eight digs while graduate student Kaylee Frazier led the way defensively with 11 digs.
- NC State volleyball middle blocker Jada Allen has been named the Atlantic Coast Conference Co-Freshman of the Week as announced by the league office on Tuesday afternoon.
- Allen had an outstanding weekend as she helped the team go a perfect 3-0 and be named the Rutgers 9/11 Memorial Tournament Champions. The freshman recorded 33 kills while hitting a team-best .456. Additionally, she tallied two service aces and led the defensive charge with nine total blocks.
- In the win against Rutgers, graduate student Melissa Evans recorded a career-high 25 kills on a .327 hitting percentage
- Her 25 kills are the fifth-most in a five-set match since 1999 and the most since Julia Brown recorded 31 in the five-set game against Syracuse on Oct. 21, 2016
- Free Chick-Fil-A for students at the Georgia game on Thursday
