NEW LONDON, N.C. - No. 36 NC State finished ninth at the 2013 ACC Men's Golf Championship at Old North State Club.
The Wolfpack shot a team score of 13-over 301 during Sunday's final round to finish at 17-over 881 for the 54-hole event.
In his first ACC Championship appearance, junior Logan Harrell was the top NC State finisher at even-par 216 to place tied for 21st. He shot a final round 2-over 74 on Sunday.
Junior All-American Albin Choi fired his second even-par 72 of the weekend to place tied for 24th at 1-over 217.
Senior Mitch Sutton had a 5-over 77 on Sunday to finish tied for 44th at 9-over 225, while freshman Carter Page completed his first ACC Championship at 227 to finish up 47th.
Sophomore Bill Herring finished 51st at 230.
Duke won the event at 25-under 839, three shots better than Virginia Tech and Florida State. Georgia Tech's Anders Albertson won the individual competition by five shots at 15-under 201.
Next up for the Wolfpack is NCAA Regionals May 16-18 at a site to be determined.
