• Selected as one of the defensive (scout) players of the week by the UA coaching staff for his efforts leading up to the USF contest.
• Saw his first collegiate action vs. Western Kentucky (on defense and special teams).

• Rankings: Rated one of the premier pass rushers in the country, he was ranked as a four-star prospect by all major recruiting outlets .. Top-300 All-American by PrepStar Magazine, which listed him at No. 13 overall in his position group. Rated by the On3 Consensus at No. 12 on the edge, the No. 9 player in Alabama and the No. 163 prospect overall. On3’s 10th-ranked linebacker, the No. 10 player in the state and the No. 174 talent nationally. No. 163 on the Rivals Top 250 list. also rated as the No. 9 outside linebacker and No. 12 player in the state by Rivals. No. 244 on the ESPN300. The No. 29 defensive end and No. 114 prospect in the Southeast Region by ESPN.
