AS RS-JUNIOR (2025 AT NC STATE):
• Transferred to NC State from Texas Tech in May of 2025.
AS JUNIOR (2024 AT TEXAS TECH):
• Suffered a preseason injury and was forced to redshirt he season. He had been considered one of the Red Raiders top defensive returners prior to the injury.
AS SOPHOMORE (2024 AT TEXAS TECH):
• Played in 12 games, starting eight, at both OLB spots.
• Recorded two or more tackles in nine different games.
• Seven of his eight starts came during Big 12 play with the lone other being in the Independence Bowl versus Cal.
• Saw action in 548 defensive snaps on the season, according to Pro Football Focus, which ranked ninth on the defense and second in the outside linebacker room.
• Set a career high with four tackles in the Big 12 opener at West Virginia, he would later match that total in the regular-season finale at Texas.
AS FRESHMAN (2023 AT TEXAS TECH):
• A key contributor on the Red Raider defense as a true freshman, he was one of two just true freshman on the roster to not utilize a redshirt season
• The only true freshman who appeared in more than four games overall.
• Saw action in 12 games with six starts at the edge rusher position.
• Played 306 snaps defensively.
• Made the first tackle of his career the next week at NC State
• Closed the regular season with his best performance, finishing with four tackles, a quarterback hurry and his first career sack in the win over Oklahoma. He took down the OU quarterback on 3rd-and-11 in overtime to force a missed Sooner field goal.
• An honorable mention All-Big 12 selection by conference coaches.
HIGH SCHOOL:
• Attended Summit High School in his hometown, he helped lead Summit to a run to the Class 5A state semifinals his junior and senior seasons, marking the furthest the school had advanced in program history.
• Honors: Earned first-team All-District 4-5A honors as a junior and senior.
• Senior Stats: Tallied 70+ tackles, including 20 for a loss and five sacks
• Junior Stats: Credited with 53 tackles, 20 tackles for loss and 12 sacks.
• Rankings: Ranked 69th overall in the SportsDay Top 100 compiled by the Dallas Morning News for the 2022 class. No. 15 among defensive linemen in the DFW area according to the publication. Rated a four-star recruit by Rivals and a three-star prospect by both 247Sports and ESPN. A top-100 player in the state of Texas by both Rivals and 247Sports. No. 53 in the state by Rivals and at No. 26 among strongside defensive ends nationally. No. 61 in the state by 247Sports Composite.
