
Men’s Soccer Lands at No. 8 in the Country in Week One USC Poll

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – With the first 2025 regular season release of the United Soccer Coaches poll, NC State men's soccer has achieved its highest ranking with head coach Marc Hubbard at the helm at eighth in the country.
For the first time since September 2018, NC State men's soccer is back inside the top-10 of the United Soccer Coaches poll. This also marks the highest ranking under head coach Marc Hubbard after previously reaching a high of No. 12 last season.
Three other ACC schools are among the top-10 with Pittsburgh at No. 3, Wake Forest at No. 5, Clemson at No. 6, and Duke at No. 9. The Wolfpack is slated to face the Panthers, Tigers, and Blue Devils later this season.
