
Hartman Claims Silver, Earns First Team All-American Honors at NCAA Championships

EUGENE, ORE. – Grace Hartman earned First Team All-American honors with a runner-up finish in the 10,000-meter final on the second day of the NCAA Championships.
Hartman took an early lead, maintaining a strong pace throughout the race. She crossed the finish line in 31:32.15, securing second place and the All-American distinction.
She'll be back on the track Saturday for the 5,000-meter final, alongside teammate Sam Bush.
Other notable performances included Angelina Napoleon, who advanced to Saturday's steeplechase final with a second-place finish in the semifinal (9:36.19), and Mariama Hunt, who posted a 5.87m (19' 3.25") mark in the long jump, finishing 23rd.
Bush, Hartman, and Napoleon will all compete in their respective event finals on Saturday, with their sights set on securing a spot on the podium.
