
#22 Pack Men’s Tennis Faces #21 Harvard at Home On Tuesday

RALEIGH, N.C. – 22nd-ranked NC State men's tennis welcomes 21st-ranked Harvard for its first ranked match-up of the spring season. The dual-match is slated for a 4 p.m. start on Tuesday, January 21, at the J.W. Isenhour Tennis Center.
Dual-Match Info
• All tennis matches are played at the J.W. Isenhour Tennis Center on NC State's campus in Raleigh and are free of charge for fans to attends - this match is set to be played indoors.
• Parking for fans is available at West Deck off of Western Blvd across the street.
• Start times for the matches is slated for 4 p.m.
• Chick-Fil-A desserts will be given away (while supplies last) and the first 50 fans will able to claim a free t-shirt.
Series History with Harvard (trails 0-3)
• Tuesday's dual-match marks the fourth meeting between the Wolfpack and the Crimson. Harvard leads the series over NC State by three victories.
• The two faced each other this past season (January of 2024) in Cambridge in that resulted in a 1-6 loss for the Wolfpack. The season before (January of 2023) was a much closer result between the two, resulting in only a 3-4 loss for the Pack.
Last Time Out
NC State defeated Campbell and NC Central with a complete sweep, winning all completed doubles matches and all singles matches in two-straight sets.

• The program welcomes three freshmen to their first collegiate spring season - local product from Chapel Hill, Cody Benton, Netherlands native, Noah Gabriel, and Bulgaria native Nikolay Nedelchev.
• A doubleheader win to open the season this past Saturday made the Pack 8-0 in winning season premiere matches with head coach Kyle Spencer at the helm of the program.
